Dear friends, where do
I start?
Many of you haven’t heard from us in awhile , I have been putting
out most newsletters by e-mail. But by popular request I am trying to keep up
by mail also. This past year has been absolutely unbelievable, if I hadn’t
lived it I wouldn’t believe it. Let me start with this, about 3-4 years ago
the Lord spoke to one of our children that revival would come but that it
would come through trouble. We have seen great things this past year,
salvation, healing, deliverance. We have grown closer to the Lord than ever,
our children have a closer walk than ever. They have been blessed with the
gift of music. The Lord has truly given them not only ability but gifting. We
were blessed in June with another son, Levi. We were blessed with a new home
after a time of misery. We have been blessed with more faith, and much more
love. We have been blessed with an overwhelming display of unity by the body
of Christ. But the gospel we follow is not only one of blessings, not at first
look anyway. The gospel of Christ is also one of suffering. “I want to know
Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His
sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, and so somehow, to attain the
resurrection from the dead.” (Philipians 3:10) And the book of James tells us
that trials, tribulations, suffering, that we are to find joy in it. So when
you look at it from that point of view, suffering is a blessing. Not self
inflicted suffering but the kind that comes from Him. The kind that makes you
grow, the kind that makes you change more into what He is. Yes we want to
become like Him in His death. That is the way to life. So this past year we
have been greatly blessed because we have also seen sufferings. To keep it
short, we have been stolen from, Jim was falsely accused and thrown in jail,
we had to go through lots of legal battles, lost two of our favorite horses,
Jim had a major accident on a horse, and just recently our baby boy suddenly

trouble we have seen and revival is close. Closer than ever. Before revival
can come we have to be prepared, we have to truly have His heart. Just last
night I was crying out to the Lord, literally weeping and telling him how much
my heart hurt for my child, because I miss him. And you know what He said? He
said He knows because His heart hurts for His children, His people, He misses
them. So many don't know Him and the ones who do often act like they don't. So
was He behind all this trouble we have seen? Yes every bit of it. He is the
one we serve, and nothing can hurt us without coming through Him first. He
knows what is best for us, and today I have more of His heart. We have peace
in knowing that He is in control, we have had visions of Him holding our Levi.
We have felt His arms around us, holding us up. We have felt His love in an
overwhelming way, strengthening us to minister to others. So yes we pay the
price. And we reap the fruit of it. And we will see revival, the kind that
will change history.
