home with Jesus



The Lord is my Shepherd , 
I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me
beside still waters, He restores my soul.
He  guides me in paths of righteousness for His names sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of
death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me: your rod
and staff they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my
enemies. You anoint my head with oil: 
my cup overflows.
surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my
life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever, and ever.
Psalm 23

Although we miss him ,
 and our hearts ache,
we rejoice that Levi now dwells in the arms of the Lord
Jesus Christ.
It is our desire that you also experience this love. 
Many ask, “what can we do”.
the only answer is
turn to Jesus,
we are never promised tomorrow
turn to Him today.

December 2001
In the middle of December the buttercups sprouted forth,
then came the hard freezes.
January 2002
Even after the hard freezes
in the middle of winter
the buttercups bloomed.
And the Lord said, 
“even when things are cold and dark,
 I am here  doing a work 
that will bring forth lasting fruit,
 I will bring joy, 
and I will bring the joy of springtime
early, because I love you.”
