2003 thank you

This past year has been one of increased intimacy, Jesus has been so good to us. It has been a year of blessings for us personally, yet so many around us have been through great hurts. I guess the Lord puts us around the hurting because we have a message to share with them. Lean on Him. It is in those times that His love is the strongest. Of course we still miss our Levi, especially in these picture taking times, but he is in the bigger picture where we all long to be. The children have grown, April and Beau are now taller than Momma! But their height does not begin to compare to their maturity in Jesus. Even 4 yr old Jacob and baby Mercy know how to worship! We really encourage each of them to spend time daily with the Lord, in addition to our family worship time. Mercy is now 1 and finally walking. Jacob turned 4 in Sept. Moriah is almost 7 and witty like her older brother. Hannah is just about 9 and the newest "cook in training". Georgia (almost 12) and Beau 13 are the dairy and farm hands. April is almost 15 and every bit a young lady. They are all in love with Jesus, and have a new song for Him daily. We have been blessed with more instruments this year, everybody plays something! Also this year we were blessed to be able to put some of April's songs on cd, and give them out as a blessing to others. We are excited about doing another. Jim is busy most of the time "on the hill", his place with Jesus, he loves to pray and worship in the clearing in the woods. Farm life is wonderful and we are literally living in the "land of milk and honey". With lots of horses of course. We hope you enjoy the picture as much as we enjoyed taking it. We take about 40 pictures to get a good one and still every one has somebody making a goofy face. Used to be Beau all the time, well he decided to act normal this year and Jacob took over! Lots of joy in our household. As for me (Penny) when not worshipping I get to do this, keep in touch with y'all! Jim says sometimes he thinks April and I get to preach more than he does! April through song and me through writing. Jesus is good and gives us all something to say. We pray that this coming year you fall even more in love with Him,
