Who we are     Many of you are new to us, and for some, we've "grown up" right under your nose. The Lord has prompted us to put on paper who "Glorybound Ministries" really is and what we are about. We are the Raine family, 10 in all, and we are servants of Jesus. The Lord Jesus brought us to Maury County (from southern California) in 1993 for the sole purpose of serving Him. We have asked Him to use us and He has answered. "I tell you the truth, My Father will give you whatever you ask in my name... ask and you will receive, and your Joy will be complete." (John 16:23-24) "I heard the voice of the Lord saying whom shall I send and who will go for us? And I said "Here I am, send me!" (Isaiah 6:8)

    We were once lost, hurting and miserable but we've found life and joy and a purpose for living in Jesus. This is what we live to share with others. We are submitted to the leadership of every church we minister in,  and we thank the Lord for the many pastors who bless this ministry.

      The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is  upon me because the Lord has anointed me  to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to  proclaim freedom for the captives and  release from darkness for the prisoners, to  proclaim the year of the Lords favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all  who mourn... (Isaiah 61:1-2)

     We believe in producing fruit for the Kingdom (John 15:5-6). We believe what this community needs is the fiery, bold preaching of the early Church as seen in Acts 2 & 3. All who live without Jesus as their reason are poor and a prisoner of their sins. All who live for Jesus are commanded to preach the good news without being ashamed. This community needs to see signs and wonders following believers. This community needs to meet the Jesus who saves and heals and shows up in power and glory. We all need a real love-relationship with Jesus - not an acquaintance- relationship. We obey Him because we love Him and we thank Him for the harvest we are seeing.

We have tracts and articles that are published in different forms and distributed in many countries and posted on our website  www.awesomeglory.com     

We preach in Churches, tent revivals, horse shows, mule-day, gospel singings, and anywhere else the Lord allows.

     Jim is currently ministering in the Maury County jail weekly.

     We have a 1 hour talk show on WMRB 910 AM on Tuesday nights at 6:00 PM.

     We minister twice a month at the CCA Prison in Clifton TN.

     Street witnessing is Spirit Led as He leads. This is guaranteed action, raw evangelism the way Jesus and His apostles did it. Come join us. We supply the tracts and the Holy Spirit provides sinners that are ready to hear the gospel.

          We say all this to boast in Jesus and thank Him for what He is doing and for allowing us to be a part of it.

     We are available to share the gospel to your friends and loved-ones as the Lord leads. We can contact them by mail, phone or meet with them if they are willing. Many who wont go to Church are open for Jesus to send Church to them. Many times people will get saved outside and then start attending Church and fellowshipping with believers.

     We have tracts, etc. that we can supply you with, as we pray that your hearts are stirred to start witnessing around you.
